The attached example picture position should be calculated from a USB camera input.

Position in X/Y, angle of the rectangle and size of the dot.

All relative to the pixel size of the camera windows.

All should run on a Linux installation.

A proper language should be used, C is not maybe the best?

Delivery should be a complete project, eventually lib files and setup instructions for a verifying demo.
