Web APP so I can then change later via my
Visual Studio 2013 Community Edition.

Database Tables
** STUDENTS --> ID_Student, FirstName, LastName
** BOOKS --> ID_Book, ISBN, Title
** STUDENTBOOKS --> ID_Book, ID_Student

Screen #1
open APP, no LOGIN required,
a list of all STUDENTS appear,
click on a "STUDENT" name
or click
"ADD STUDENT" if not found which
pops up a page with two textboxes,
enter student's name (i.e. "John Doe")
and click "SUBMIT", below Screen #2 appears

Screen #2 appears
"ISBN" textbox appears,
user enters "039480001X"
and clicks "CHECKOUT"

One of the below messages appear
** CONFIRMED
** creates record in
STUDENTBOOKS database table,
has "Go back to Screen #1" button
** BOOK NOT FOUND
** sees that "ISBN" is not in BOOKS table,
displays "ADD NEW BOOK" SCREEN with ISBN
already filled out, user enters Title,
click "SUBMIT", book gets assigned to STUDENT,
has "Go back to Screen #1" button
** ALREADY READ
** sees that STUDENTBOOKS table
has existing record, therefore it
creates NO record, has "Go back
to Screen #2" button so user can
checkout a different book without
having to RESELECT the STUDENT
