Hello, I'm Mathieu, senior developer with something like 10 years of experience in Microsoft technologies such as C# .net. I'm also skilled in Asp.Net/C#, MVC, WPF, WCF. I have a good knowledge of MSSQL server and internet technologies (JavaScript, JQuery, knockout.js, HTML5, CSS3, bootstrapper etc.) as well. I'm workin for French major companies and build a lot of ASP.Net intranets/extranets, I also build a lot of heavy clients applications with Winform and WPF. I'm also used to implement design patterns on my project and the most of them are N-tiers applications as they was built for companies that are very focused on security. To process long jobs in a web app, we must pay a particular attention to the app pool in IIS. If the app pool is configured to be garbage collected quickly, the process will be killed before ended. So to handle that there are a couple of solutions. One is to configure IIS to keep app pool alive for a long period. One another solution is to send heart beats to keep the pool alive... I made that kind of job previously. Another issue of your app is : some smtp servers does not allow more that a defined number of recipients in an email. We have to cut them into multiple ones. Hi, I am developing web applications using Microsoft technologies for 7 years and developed many projects which are like this. I can develop site's interface with asp.net and can program an EXE which will as a SQL job to send emails to users. I can do this task very efficiently, but need much time than others as already working in software company so I will develop this program in my spare time. This may take near about 7 days. Thanks
