WPF app to synchronize CRM data with Mailchimp and Constant Contact

Create a WPF windows application to synchronize mailing lists from a CRM database to cloud-based email marketing service providers MailChimp and Constant Contact. The WPF app will upload/sync multiple mailing lists to the email marketing provider and will download the result of mailing campaigns. Configuration settings:- * specify connection to CRM database (Microsoft SQL server) * specify login details to email marketing service provider (MailChimp or Constant Contact) Functions and Screens:- (1) view mailing lists: In the CRM database a mailing list is defined by assigning a Tag to a contact. A contact can have unlimited number of tags. To view a CRM mailing list access retrieve Tag definitions and select a Tag to view the list of contacts that belong to that Tag. (2) Upload/Synchronize Contacts and mailing lists In the WPF user interface you provide a dropdown list of the Tag definitions (see item 1). When selecting a Tag, show the list of contacts that belong to that Tag. Then provide an 'Upload' button to upload & synchronize the selected Contact list to MailChimp or Constant Contact. The CRM tag name becomes the mailing list name in MailChimp or Constant Contact. Every time a Contact is uploaded you need to record in the CRM database the Contact Id that the email marketing provider has assigned to that Contact. (3) Download campaign results from email marketing service provider Connect to the service provider and retrieve list of active campaigns. Select an active campaign and 'Download', i.e. (i) create a matching campaign record in the CRM database (ii) download the list of contacts that were targeted in that campaign and link to the CRM campaign, and for each contact download the mail result (i.e. Opened, Not Opened, Bounced, Clicked, Opt-Out) (iii) download any new Opt-Outs and from MailChimp/Constant Contact and mark as Opt-Out in CRM (4) log tracking.
