I need someone to help with 3d modeling and construction docs. Architectural experience is required. Dont bid if you dont have architectural experience. This is for ongoing work.

3D modeling

Accurately create 3d solid models of houses from architects plans, then create foundation plan, lintel drawings, door schedule and wall setout drawings for factory production.

Construction Docs

Create construction docs for building consent. Autocad preferred but will consider other software. Construction docs are for New Zealand. I can help with local requirements.
