The main criteria is that the drawings must be created in Chief Architect Premier version 5 or later. Please let me know if you have experience in this program only. It is a requirement of this client to have the CD set drawn and developed in Chief Architect Premier X5 or later. Projects will require production of necessary drawings in Chief Architect Premier X5 or later: (1) Preliminary submittal - See attached sample construction document set (1) Redline mark-up set (1) Final deliverable set I currently have 6 homes with options that need to be started. I would provide you with a hand drawn building section to develop the plans and elevations off of. As long as the house is built based on my provided section and detail I can complete. I would require a preliminary set and once reviewed a mark-up set to be completed on my provided layout.

Dear Sir/Madam, We are really familiar with Chief Architect Premier Software and we have been using it from the version X3,X4,X5 and now X6. You have written that you've attached samples construction documents, but unfortunately I find none. In that case It would be convenient for us to assess the type of work we need to do. Now some words about rendering .. We give our output in only still images. We prefer ARTLANTIS 4 OR 5 in place of RAY-TRACING.
