CODER for PPC Adwords Marketing Campaign. Knowledgeable coder required

This program needs to search every dictionary word (approximately 171,476 words in current use) on http://inventory.overture.com. (And other keyword analysis tools) Then, if the keyword has 1,000 (changeable) or more searches per month, it needs to search Google (and other major sites, msn, etc) and see if there are 7 or less adwords for that keyword. Once all the information is gathered, we need an excel file that lists all the keywords that have less than 7 corresponding adwords in descending order (according to number of hits per month).
