define a class in which the hex string ll be converted to the ASCII string.
Decrypte the message.
The message is encrypted as follows. The first character of the ASCII string is the first character of the message.
The next character of the message is taken from an offset into the ASCII string data. The array offset is the last message character's ASCII integer value +1 (e.g. if the first character is 'e' the next character will be at position 101 + 1 into the ASCII string)
This is to be repeated until the last character of the string is reached which is the last character of the encrypted message.
