Hello You need a C++ for this? you mean Visual C++? I think it's better to be done in C# so a web version in future can be done but anyway I can do it and I think by using Flash or any technologies like a better presentation can be done

This is not a complicated project (as the information you throw out) but there are many things to discuss before starting coding, for example: what is the target of information (where do you want and how to post the information), do you need a brilliant interface or the basic one... As my estimation, we need: - 2 days to discuss about the requirements - 1 day for preparing the resources and environment - 2 days for implementing - 2 days for testing.
