Deriving Color Correction Matrice from Video Frame of LED Array

I have 16*32 led array and I have got a video of led array which produce 256 different colors. By using this video, color correction matrice is needed to derive by using OpenCV and C++. It is known the original (R,G,B) values. Uncorrected values of (R',G',B') can be extracted from video. I want to find the relation between (R,G,B) and (R',G',B') which means color correction matrice.
