I'm looking for a CSS/HTML expert to upgrade my site to responsive HTML. There are 5 page styles to be converted. Each page has 2-3 columns. All pages share a header, menu and footer. The layout is currently 1050px wide. When the responsive HTML is complete it should scale down cleanly to 320px.
