CSS Application Skin

Hello All, I am putting in a request to get help from a CSS expert. In the next month I will be launching a sports related website and we are partnering with an existing site for one of our applications. This partner has put one of his applications in staging so that we can skin it with our header & footer file along with changing the width to fit into our site's structure and also to change the colors to fit into our brand colors. Attached are instructions. The partner has setup a CSS platform to make the customization changes and also an FTP for a login. After getting everything looking the way we want it your work will be done. No files to deliver and no porting and extra programming required.
