Crowdfunding Platform site

A crowdfunding website which provides a platform for tertiary and research institutions to raise funding for specific research projects in exchange for perks from the institution. Similar to Kickstarter but focusing on research. Split into two section, Administrative and Public. Administrative section allows institutions to log in and access their page, adding new projects, looking at the funds raised, from whom they are raised from and for what, updating and personalizing their institutions public profile and viewing finances. All securely. Public section is the page the general public is referred to, The user logs on and is then able to fund specific project and access the benefits of those funded projects as well as gain access to information and finance about the project. Funding done through secure PayPal or direct method connection to account set by institution. I have already done a few prototype on how the site should look or function, emphasis on the one page, flat UI approach. But this is flexible. Thank you.
