We have an existing mobile app build using the ionic framework, and require a skilled ionic developer to customize and apply an Ionic theme we have chosen from the ionic themes market place.
The successful developer must also have an eye for design, and able to provide creative suggestions for alteration to the chosen theme.
Note, this is NOT to convert from PSD/image file to individual images and HTML/CSS.
