replace flash file in a responsive template

we are converting an older site to a new responsive template - have 2 pages that have 1 flash file each and these both need to be converted to a new page in the new responsive template. The pages in question are - [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] We have the swf file for each - but not the original full file. We want a similar function but in the html5 and css responsive template that you can see here [login to view URL] - Do not want to use flash - must be viewable in all browsers and all devices. The new template is asp extensions - but there is currently NO ASP code - it is just html - the extension could be changed to html and would work just fine. Would like to get this done in 1 day if at all possible.
