i want a chat for my website. Options: 1) Admin can add remove diferent chat rooms 2) users can chose to enter any chat room 3) Operators can ban visitors 4) visitors can select an icon to identify them(men, woman,etc) 5) include smiles options. 6) admin can add remove change advertising in the chatroom. 7) advertising can be JPG, GIF, PNG, SWF 8) users can open private chat one on one whit other users or operators. 9) private chats also includes advertising. 10) i need to be fast chat we estimate 300 people please if you have recomendation to make it better do it. thank you
