CCNA CCNP Personal Tutor

Hi, I am after a cisco personal tutor who can help me to learn (not brain dump) and obtain cisco CCNA and CCNP certifications. I am currently studying but find to hard to know exactly what to spend most of my time studying. I would ask the all applicants provide the following: * Can provide me with a study schedule on exactly what to study and when. This will also provide me a timeline for how long it will take me to obtain CCNA and CCNP certification. * Able to provide me with study materials (or recommend study materials). Prepare lesson plans. * Provide 4 hours per night on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. (6:30pm, 10:30pm) Provide 8 hours training on Saturday and Sunday. (9am - 5pm) (Note: All times are Australian EST) * Prefer a personal tutor who has experience with teaching cisco course's. * Would require somebody who is [login to view URL] certified themself's. * All teaching should be able to be with audio/visual. Me logging into your PC remotely or the other way around and us talking on the phone (I can call you). * It if you have cisco equipment to teach me on that would be great, otherwise something like GNS3 would be fine. I hope to meet a tutor who can work with me to obtain these certifications and more in the future. I would like somebody who has a real interest in helping me to get certified. The best way to win this job would be to send me through a detailed sample schedule (a study plan for me to obtain CCNA and CCNP). The more detailed the better. As a motivation to you as well, I would like to offer to pay you a bonus every time I pass an exam (CCNA,ROUTE,SWITCH,TSHOOT). To get my full CCNP certification my budget is $3000 US.
