Study the drawing and execute the work at site. Planning, computing material required for the works, ordering the material. Follow up with the vendors for the material ordered. Do the measurements as per the work done and getting the bills verification done. Planning scheduling of construction activities to be undertaken. Conduct detailed site surveys submit reports. Ensure timely requisition of materials; follow up with purchase department, proper storage of all materials in secure safe godowns. Certify inventory documents stock reports on a periodical basis. Monitor ensure all documentation checklists are maintained adherence to SOP's. Test materials as per standards specified. Certify test reports. Monitor material supply consumption at site. Ensures material consumption is within budgeted norms. Take corrective action through issues reported in material reconciliation statements. Ensure systems are followed all quality standards are met. Brief vendors contractors about deliverables, time schedules quality standards. Allocate responsibilities monitor work of team members on a daily basis. Assign work to agencies / contractors staff to execute work. Study contract documents and work orders and make a note of the important clause and discuss with site engineer. Decide deadlines sequence of finishing units as per input from sales. Monitor progress of handing over of units to customers, system testing commissioning and hand over procedures. Should be dynamic and flexible with work assigned. Limited Travel required to sites. Team Player Strong communication skills required. Computer literate. Should be able to use Auto Cad, Design Pro, MS Office etc. Skill Know How: Managerial skills: Planning, monitoring and scheduling work Technical Expert Expert in construction management Responsible to execute monitor work. Ensures quality standards are met. Ensures Labor material are well planned.
