ColdFusion Site - Need new feature

I have a site done in coldfusion. I have temporarily added a dropdown list that displays organizations for the user to choose from. However, this dropdown list does not get saved to the database and is really just fake. Could you help me integrate this with the database as well as build forms for me to input new organizations into the database that will be displayed in the dropdown list? Also, the organization will need to be saved elsewhere (I believe a comma delimited flat file) at the end of the checkout process. If you can do all of this in coldfusion, let me know and we'll start as soon as you're ready. 1) Add forms for me to input new organizations 2) Organizations show up in dropdown 3) Make sure organization user chose is properly exported to flat file
