Backlinks for sites (5)(repost)

Hi, I have a number of websites I would like to get back links to them. The job is straight forward and basically consists of these steps: 1) visit competition's backlinks listed on sites like this one (I'll provide you with the sites you have to analyze for backlinks) [login to view URL] 2) if on that page isn't already a link to my site try to add a new one by posting a relevant message (if there is a blog allowing anonymous messages) or by contacting the owner and asking him if they are interested in a link exchange (I can provide you with the canned message for this) 3) if the site owner is interested but wants a link exchange you let me know and I add one after they added a link to my site. 4) when a backlink is added you write it down in a doc that you'll send me when the job is done so I can check. I am willing to pay 0.5$ for each link and the initial job will be a $10 job for 20 links. Please note that only the "dofollow" links will be considered. Once this first project is completed ongoing work will be provided and I'll also pay the RAC fees in addition to the 0.5$/link. I am willing to invest some $500 in these kind of projects so a long term could bring a serious coder good money in a couple of months. I look forward to receiving your bids/comments.
