Craigslist Job Harvester

This is a very simple project. All I want is for someone to find the e-mails of people who are posting jobs on Craig's list in 10 or 15 specific cities and e-mail them an invitation. The only qualification though is that the jobs must meet specific requirements. I don't want every single e-mail out there as most of them will not be suitable for my purposes. It will be quite easy to determine if they are suitable or not. And I don't want any "work from home", "get rich quick" or "make a fortune in your pajamas" type of businesses. Please let me know if this is not a suitable project for GAF. Thank you.
