We are a cost reduction company and we have successfully used freelancers for many years. We have established an impressive reputation for our professionalism and are looking to grow our team of freelancers on the customer service side of our business. Working closely with our business analyst team, who focus on cost reduction projects, your primary responsibilities will be to: Provide excellent customer service through inbound multi-channel contacts as well as situations escalated to you by the business analyst team. Respond promptly and effectively to customer calls/letters and emails. Actively listen, communicate and understand our customer needs by building effective and sustainable relationships. Skills you will need include: Good knowledge of google apps for business, google sheets and google docs. We are a Google "house" and you’ll need to be able to enter information into our standard formats. The ability to multi-task. You will be managing a number of client projects at any one time so you must be able to work at pace and manage your time efficiently. Problem solving skills. You will be responsible for resolving problems and will need to be able to consider solutions and ensure a satisfactory outcome. You must be confident and be able to make reasoned decisions. Excellent spoken and written English. You’ll be communicating with clients across a variety of media so confident communication is a must. I have 5+ years of experience in customer support and admin support tasks. I have done live chat support, admin support, email handling, ticketing system and more admin related tasks. I have used google sheets for creating lists and updating data by searching on the internet. I have used excel, word, powerpoint for creating reports. Solving problems usually depends on the client's provided guidelines / company's policies. Basic concept is to stay soft and kind to the customer when he gets irritated or angered. I did solved one problem in my office job it wasn't my fault. I used the procedural methods / set of instructions to solve the problem rather than insisting the person who did it wrong. Hi, Thank you very much for your job offer. I have read the description, and have the skills necessary for this project. I have taken many university-level classes on information related topics, such as computers, use of spreadsheets, documents, internet, Google, Google/cloud concepts and documents, etc., web design, SEO, databases, programming in several high-level languages as well as machine language, and specifically several classes about Word, Excel and Access, etc. and am a native English speaker with excellent English skills, as shown by the test scores. I have experience doing professional projects in this area, and samples are available upon request. I worked at the University of Wisconsin - Waukesha for about 2 1/2 years, being in charge of brochures and signage around campus. I also directly registered and helped students and their instructors, including for special events. An example of a time when I helped with a problem, was when there were not enough books for a class, and I took charge of telling coworkers about it and explaining it, and going to the class to ask the students how many books were needed. I also enjoy doing this type of work a lot, and always work accurately, carefully, efficiently, and with attention to small details, such as making sure all the numbers and words are correct on the project. Hello, I am an experienced customer service provider having worked with an underwear brand as a virtual administrative assistant for two years. I was in charge of e-commerce data entry, email customer support and reports coordination. In this position, I used Google sheets daily to enter tracking numbers for orders, running reports and recording website and mobile analytics for the brand. I also used MS Office daily to coordinate Excel and MS Word reports . I have have experience with handling customers issues via email through Zendesk as well as through Mailchimp and this, I believe will enable me to be effective in this role. An example of a problem I have faced is an unsatisfied customer. I once had to deal with a customer who was sent wrong shipment due to error in the invoice. I resolved the issue by 1) Acknowledging the error 2) Reassuring the customer of our commitment to them and 3) Offering free return and delivery of the correct product as per the company policy. Hello =) My name is Slava and here are a couple of words about me. Have 5 years in customer support experience, worked for 2 Big US companies: - The first one was selling Car equipment - The second one is selling website templates. Have great technical support and presales skills. Worked via chat, tickets, phones with customers all over the World in English and Russian languages. As for Google docs, was always working with them, entering different information about the customers, etc. As for the issues solving, they were all the same: unhappy customers. It depends on the customer how to solve the issue and what way to go. Sometimes it is enough to provide a 10% discount and appoligize for any inconvenience, sometimes requires to get the customer to the right and correct department, work with another department (billing, tecnical support, etc) to make sure that the issue is solved asap. But the first and most important thing is to show the customer that you really care and will do your most best to help him. Would be great to hear from you soon =)
