Being a customer service representative for around 8 years on multiple projects including AT&T, Symatec Tech Support, McAfee Customer Service, Checkmyflights flights reservation, Natural News and Florida based Real estate process, Lycamobile and Telstra(AUS) . Been trained to handle escallations, irate customers and been supervising and leading a team of 30 customer service representatives training them and coaching them regularly. I am fully available to work 8 hours if it is required. My command in English is impeccable and am the best in the field. If typing is required, my typing speed is around 87 words per minute with 94% accuracy. I've also trained people in customer service handling and handling different psychology of customers. I've also been in sales projects with AT&T if that will come as a requirement.
