This will be a long term project. Looking for a customer service teir 1 user support representative to handle incoming chat requests. You will mostly be handling support for multiple sites related to education. Almost all will be Moodle Learning Management Systems, and WordPress CMS sites. Training and a manual will be provided for selected worker.
You will provide assistance to users (mostly students, teachers, and social community members) and escalate issues to a Teir 2 support technitian if addtional technical support is required. You must be able to write (in a chat window) and understand fluently North American English. Proper grammer, professional tone, and customer service skills will be required. You must be able to work 40 - 50 hours per week. Staffing is required 24/7 so please specify which shifts and days of the week you are interested in working:
Shifts available every day are:
1st shift: 10 PM Pacific time to 6 AM Pacific time
2nd Shift: 6 AM Pacific time to 2 PM Pacific time
3rd Shift: 2 PM Pacific time to 10 PM Pacific time
Must be able to handle other administrative tasks as time permits (monitoring blog comments, forum postings, etc). You will be expected to notify me of adjustments to workload and when chat requests are slow administrative tasks should be completed to fill the slow times.
