Copy 530 logo images and enter the file name in a spreadsheet

We have web addresses for 530 potential customers in Australia. We would like the company logos for each customer to be copied from their websites and the image file name entered into a column in a spreadsheet. The images then need to be uploaded to us.
We will provide the list of 530 web addresses and the spreadsheet format. Acceptable image formats are .jpg,.png,.gif); Image sizes should be no larger than 100KB;and there should be no spaces in the file name. Images should be pasted into Microsoft Paint (or other graphics software) before being saved and uploaded to us.
We will provide ftp access to upload the images to our web server.
