Data Entry to Spreadsheet

The project is a step-by-step process. The procedures have to be done very precisely. There data entry is copying the information by using the quick menu and pasting the information into cells. This would build a database that has to be done within the next week. Each category is by age groups for a whole particular state. There are over 2400 teams that the name, phone#, email and address and that would accumulate to about 7200 entries of copying and pasting. Some entries might just have email and no address. Whatever information it gives you that are the information that would be transferred. I would give the individual the login information and I will send screen shots of each step that has to be done and the steps must be followed. This can be a perfect project by just copying and pasting the information to a spreadsheet. I do not want the information typed in. I just wanted copied and pasted. An experience individual using the keyboard as a shortcut or the mouse would be perfect for the job. I will give the individual enough money on finishing up a whole state that will cover 9,10,11,12,13,14,15 year old teams. It is approximately one minute it takes to enter in each entry and there is about 80-120 teams per age group. I would pay $40.00 in us value.
