1 Scheduling workbook needs “Scheduling workbook [login to view URL]” macro enabled workbook
a. I have names in column C and times in Column G. The first 16 rows are data collection tables that add how many tasks each person below does during the shift. One of the items I need to collect is the start time of the first task performed by the individual in the data table. The result times are in cells G3:G15, and should reflect the first time that is used with a name from C3:C15. Note a “z” will never have a time. The names are vlookup from the employee name worksheet and change daily. These times can come from two places G17:G1000 or O17:O1000.
b. I would prefer VBA or a marco to accomplish this. I have attached a typical night's worksheet with sample data.

2 BTO data worksheet “All Feb BTO test [login to view URL]”
a. Weekly I pull data from an outside application “ worksheet wfrmHKExport” and clean/format the data manually and with macros to the exact columns represented in the sample attachment. The only variable is the number of rows each week. The average number of rows would be 6000 by the end of a month.
b. I require a macro that will create the following pivot table(s) and either display the data in multiple tables on one sheet or copy and paste the data results to “worksheet Mac desc” in the corresponding cell for each result. The 4 pivot results required are following.
a. Overall time by shift table is row=shift, value=Bed turnover time (average)
b. Overall count by shift table is row=shift, value=Bed turnover time (count)
c. Overall count by Day of week table is row=day, value=Bed turnover time (count)
d. Overall time by Day table is row=day, value=Bed turnover time (average)
c. I have attached a copy of a typical months data and the first pivot table results required. I hope to create a template workbook that I can just copy the exported worksheet wfrmHKExport” into each time I retrieve data from the outside application.
Hi, I have done things similar to the macros you are looking for here in the past, so I think that I should be able to get you something quickly that will meed or exceed your needs. Thanks.
