Article deconstruction

The project is for you to deconstruct an article and its comments. The goal is to provide copy-and-pasted quotes from the article and comments, with their reference, to answer this set of questions: Who are the individuals or groups mentioned in the article and its comments? Notes: Copy-and-paste the whole sentence that mentions the individual and group, not just the name. I'm not interested in the name of every contributor to the articles and its comments or of the names of previous commenters mentioned in reference. Coping-and-pasting a quote with it's URL is enough to cover this. What are the problems mentioned in the article and its comments? Notes: Each problem you identify doesn't have to be related to the original article. Rather, it is a statement of a concern or issue that person has. What are the "impacts of the problems" mentioned in the article and its comments? Notes: Another way to put this is why are each of these problems a problem? What are the questions mentioned in the article and its comments? Why does the article and its comments say this question is interesting? I've attached an excel spreadsheet with an example of what the results might look like. Obviously with such a short and simple article there is very little to do. In the example spreadsheet I've dumped all the responses one after the other as I found them and then marked what sort of thing (Content Type) they are. This gives them context but I haven't decided yet if this is a must for your work. It may be the easiest method, especially if you use 1 character Content Type markings Most articles I am interested in outsourcing have comments but not all. Most of the time, each comment has a hyper-link as the title of the comment. Clicking the link would take you directly to it in your browser. You can easily copy-and-paste the link in most browsers by right-clicking on the link and using the option like "Copy Link" or "Copy Link Address". You are required to provide this link with any text you copy-and-paste from a comment. Likewise, you'll be required to provide the URL of the article for any text you copy-and-paste from the article itself. Even if the article does not have any comments, provide the URL for each copy-and-pasted piece of text. The articles and their comments range from 10,000 to 25,000 words. Depending on the answers I receive to my questions below in my bids, I may well assign to you a more manageable part of an article and its comments or to only one or two questions from those listed above. In your reply please include: What file format and content layout you'd like to send your results in. What milestone(s) you wish to have. I would like your results within a day of accepting your bid. Considering that you have no idea how much text and their URLs are going to need to be copy-and-pasted, what is the maximum word count you feel you can accomplish in a day? If you have any previous experience to back up this claim please say so. If you have any other questions, please give them in your bid or PM me with them as you wish. This is a test project to see what results I get. If I like your work and I find it to be a good way to process these documents then there will be more of the same work in the future. Therefore honest reasonable answers in your bid are in your best interest. I look forward to your responses.
