We offer vacation home guests a 24/7 phone line of which they can call and request our services. This job entails excellent customer service and dispatching skills. When you receive a call it is important that you talk with the client calling, dispatch the relevant person for the job, call client and confirm that the situation has been taken care of, and then report the call to the manager. This is an on call position and allows you to have flexibility in your life. You can access all of what you need from your smart phone.

First of all, I am a first timer to this kind of job. However, my previous job is more or less similar to the kind of job you posted. You see, I worked for a very prestigious telephone company in the Philippines as a telephone operator. My job was to connect local and international calls, voice calls using the computer. I dealt with all kinds of callers from all walks of life. Basically the nature of job you want is a telephone operator, hence, I am a superior candidate for this job.

Hello, My name is Robert Banks. I am from the US, and speak English as my native language. I just moved here, because my wife and I were both laid off, and she was offered a new job in Mexico. I know it says I am in Mexico, but that is not a problem. I can set up a US Skype number for $10 a month that will allow me unlimited calls to and from the US at no additional fee.
