JOB SUMMARY; D Harris Consulting (Business Management Consultant) is looking to hire a competent and trustworthy Administrative Assistant to aid the activities of an Executive in implementing administrative services, policies and procedures. Maintain and assist in managing workflow. *Arrange and reschedule appointments as necessary. *Screen incoming calls. Record and transmit messages. *Provide office services by inputting data, gathering information and maintaining files. *Update and maintain QuickBooks. *Contribute to a safe and secure work environment. Keep information confidential by following employee confidentiality policy. *Maintain continuity of work flow by documenting and communicating effectively. *Prioritizing and resolving issues. Personal Assisting; Managing and paying work and personal bills. Various personal errands as needed (grocery shopping, coffee and food runs, etc.), assisting with personal issues that may arise (communications with realtors, accountants, billers, etc.), resolving any issues that arise and need to be taken care of during normal business hours.
