Clean up this Data

I have a list of companies that I need information on. I have a spreadsheet with some of this information, but its incomplete and has many inaccuracies. I want to hire someone to clean this data up. The attached spreadsheet has a list of around 1100 companies with locations and year founded. Some of these locations are incorrect, and quite a few of the dates are incorrect. There are also many blank fields in the dataset, and several typos in company names. In addition to verifying/fixing the locations and dates founded, I'd like to have the have the blank fields filled and the typos fixed. I'm also attaching a folder of pictures from which the spreadsheet was generated. This should help with fixing typos and narrowing down correct addresses. If the company is a branch and was not founded in Pittsburgh (examples in this data set include Google, Microsoft, and Ciber), I need the 'date founded' to be the date that the Pittsburgh branch was established. A key error in this dataset is many of the incorrect dates are of companies which have a branch in Pittsburgh, and the founding date present is the date the parent company was founded instead of when the Pittsburgh branch was founded. This is one of the main things I want fixed. I also want a column with the street address added to this file. To reiterate, the final product I need is a CSV file with 5 columns: Name, Lat, Long, Street Address, and Date Founded (In Pittsburgh). I also want to ensure that all this data is as accurate as possible. If there is any ambiguity or uncertainty of a particular data point, please indicate this in a comment in the 6th column next to that data point. Some of these companies have this information readily accessible through a few Google searches (founding date can be sometimes found on Crunchbase, Manta, LinkedIn, Buzzfile, and location can be found on Google Maps), but others require a bit more research to get all the information (potentially a phone call to the company to ask). If a phone call is necessary and the company asks why the information is needed, say that you are participating in a project mapping the tech sector of Pittsburgh.
