Distillation and organization of data; merge onto common format/template

I have two excel files that have contact information. I have 3 main tasks which need to be completed. Task 1: - This spreadsheet has contacts which are arranged in one column - This one column of various data has 4700 rows of input, blank rows between contacts - This task requires each row of data to be organized into columns (name, phone, etc.) - I have provided template in the file - Each contact has different number of data points (example: some might have name and email only while others have name, phone, address, email, etc.). Task 2: - This spreadsheet has 3,000 contacts already organized in columns - This task requires duplicates to be merged appropriately and deleted (if necessary)
