SItemap build and correct all product rel canonical

We ave a client which has incorrect sitemap listings since the auto generators do not pull the information correctly. Also many of the rel="canonical" are entered inconsistently and need to be corrected. I want ever vehicle to be carefully configured to have a rel can which I define on the website page and also be the one in the sitemap. Approx 300 products
