We are looking for a person or firm to enter survey data into an Access database or Excel spreadsheet and then summarize data. There are 210 surveys and each survey contains 10 questions. Please give us a quote and a timeframe for when you could have this completed (we need this as soon as possible). Attached is a template of what we need for the data summary (Intermediate Survey [login to view URL]). However, note that the sample just shows summary sheets for two cities and we will need summary sheets for all four cities. The final summary sheets should be formated just like the example and contain all the same data analysis. Attached is a copy of a blank survey form and a pdf of a completed survey form.
