Thanks for posting the requirement over the Freelancer.com & providing opportunity to team like ours to showcase talent & skills. We have around 14+ years of experience in software industry. Also, we are into software project management for last 4 years. I have gone through the attached document and it seems we have to create a kind of case study and there is an example of it as well. Me being from IT back ground would like to take example of a Software development project. So, WBS & resource structures would be based on members in the project. The overall duration could be around 7 days.

Does the project have to be in your country? 2. WBS= Work breakdown structure? 3. Does branches mean Civil and interior, Electrical. Structural, Plumbing etc? 4.
