Design for web home page

Hi, I'm a designer with a deadline that it's looking like I can't meet. I have a simple web page that needs designing. All that is needed is two logos and a title (supplied) and a background graphic. There are two other sites it has to marry with in terms of look and feel. It has to be elegant and sophisticated. It can be supplied in either vector or psd format. I will need two concepts, at least one using some vector images that I will supply. You will need to be good at producing backgrounds (no stock images or templates) using elements of the logo. Think beauty incorporating swirls. Unfortunately, a quick turnaround is required.
