convert word doc to desk top publishing software

I need a word document brochure converted to a different software that is supported by the printing company. The document is front and back 8.5 by 11 and includes some pictures.

The supported software follows:

I will need a pdf of the file and the native file.

This is a quick job. Preferably done within a few hours.

1) PDF and Raw file of the document

2) Deliverables must be an exact visual match of the existing document.

a) Needs to by CMYK coloring

b) Needs to be print ready for commercial printer

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
