Arduino sketch needed

I need code written for Arduino project. Here are the hardware parts that I have that I need code written for: Micro Controller: Arduino Uno / Arduino Pro Mini Output: Display: .96 I2C SPI 128x64 OLED / 1.8 TFT SPI 128x160 LED: 2 LED's Vibration motor Input: 3 Way Navigation Switch ([login to view URL]) Here is the basics of what I need. The person chosen for the project will get specific details. When turned on the display will begin a count up timer, HH:MM:SS, this part will remain the same although screen and menus options change. A series of options will appear, the navigations switch will be used to scroll up or down and pushing in the switch makes that option choice. Each option leads to another menu with another choice. Based on the choices from the menus, the LED's will be triggered to blink/fade at a set interval. The lights will continue to blink/fade for 2 min. Once the program is running the LED's blink/fade sequence, a 2 minute countdown timer will be prominently displayed. When the count down timer reaches 5 sec. remaining from the 2 min., this will activate the vibration motor. The vibration motor will remain on until the count down timer reaches 0:00. Once the timer completes the 2 min count down sequence, there is an 8 sec pause where all LED's and vibration motor are off. After 8 sec, a new 2 min countdown will begin and repeat the process. The count up timer will continue and be displayed at all times. There will be a total of 4 different LED blink/fade timing sequences based on the choices made on the menu. I also need an option to go back and forth between menu options. The hardware used for project is using the Arduino Uno and/or Arduino Pro Mini. The display is either the one listed above, .96 I2C SPI 128x64 OLED or a 1.8 TFT SPI 128x160. I need documentation and notes on the code written. The project once its up and running will require some additional functions/features in the future. If the work is well done, completed on a timely basis and within budget I would like to continue to work with you on future projects.
