Hi

I need to develop an Android app that will display our news content to remote users on ships.

Our customers are based on ships, and cannot browse Internet. They can receive our daily news via email attachments - normally simple text files, or Word documents. we can out put our news to xml if required.

We produce 14 regional editions per day.

I have prepared a specification - file attached here.

I would request any developers read the specification, and reply with their comments on how they think it could be achieved.
