Cannot say much without getting all the details. For single phase Thyristor Motor Control there will be torque issues at lower RPM. Also for Capacitor Start Centrifuge switch types additional electronics may be required. Speed sensing from tachogenerator coupled with current sensing can replace the Centrifuge Switch with a Relay.
