PCB Design

I have a circuit that I need converted into a PCB board. I am looking for someone with experience doing this as the board will have AC and DC on it. There are only 22 components in the design so the PCB should not be too complicated. Also we need this to be as small as possible. I have included and image of the circuit and the parts list for it. The LEDs in the circuit will actually be on another board so all I need on this one is a positive and negative terminal. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. ## Deliverables 1) Complete PCB design in digital format so it can be sent to a shop for manufacture. The format should be ExpressPCB compatible. 2) Deliverables files should be delivered in a format that I can send to ExpressPCB to produce. Design should defect free. Power and ground traces should be placed so that there is no cross overs or overlaps. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Hardware CustomPCB
