This project involves developing and implementing an autofocus algorithm on a Ti DM6446 (C64 DSP +ARM). The built-in DM6446 autofocus HW can not be used. The input is a monochrome 14 bits video. Lens control is done through an abstraction layer that enables: • Controlling the optics focus speed • moving the focus position (up/down or to a specific position) • Reading the current focus location. Only candidates with a proven hands-on experience developing autofocus algorithms will be considered to this job.
