Thank you for your consideration in advance. It is a 20' x 30' feet recantgular shape building with simple gable roof. It is single story home with a sleeping loft (4.5' at peak inside measurement) [accessed by a ladder. No stair case] . It will be in a climate with heavy snow winters. I have a graphical floor layout for reference. I will not be able to provide a detailed text description in addition to the graphic layout, but I can answer questions in laymen's terms. I am not a builder. Please know international building codes (2012). The drawing should meet its requirements (but don't "overbuild". This is a basic project and not much of a budget).
