I am building an ultrasonic cleaning machine, we already have all parts (generator and transducers) as follow: - 1 3kw 40 khz ultrasonic generator - 40 40 khz 60w ultrasonic transducers (piezoelectric) we found the following problem: When the generator is on the piezoelectric transducers vibrate but they do not generate any ultrasonic resonant frequency. Hello Some tips: take real ohm resistor instead of ultrasonic measure the frequency and the amplitude. Will see, Your generator ok. If yes go on take back the ultrasonic take two different resistors measure the point between them. You will see is current is. Pay attention to phases, may be now have a reactance Its enough long to continue, because it depend on measured result. You can write me a letter.
