Defeat T-Mobile Fair Use Policy

I have a T-Mobile Dongo to connect to the internet, now after i have used up my limit of bandwith for the month i get a fair use policy, which means between the hours of 4.00pm and midnight, i can not watch videos, can not download anything, cannot connect to ftp's or any desktop software for example, a poker client. I am looking for someone who knows how to get past the policy so i can do this, i use to use a vpn connection for my laptop but i have a PC now and cant do it that way. So bid if you know how to get past it, maybe a VPN that would work on pc's or any other trick. Preferably i would like something rather than a VPN as they can be realy slow and disconnect all the time.
