The following app is written in ASP.net, C#, VB.net, Telerik Rad GRid view for silverlight. We need to show a bar chart in the free area to the right. This bar chart will show the usage amount against the budget amount and average monthly usage. all of this data is already being displayed in the current program so it is available.
A gague will show the spending versus the budget
with use of green/red colours, it will start at zero.
