CMS Installation / Web Programming

Hello, I need someone with experience in the following areas: 1. Install a CMS onto a server and rebuild an existing website into it - EXACTLY as it appears now. You can use [login to view URL] or another program, as long as it is super easy to use. 2. Do some programming to change the site navigation in a few areas, add some photos, create a media page, add some video and audio to make the site more current. 3. Build an online registration form (with a database to capture registration details) and add that to the site. This is basically what I need done very soon. However, please know that your work will be checked and reviewed by one of our partners from Microsoft who will be looking for accuracy, and any BAD or MALICIOUS CODES that may be placed within the site. This has happened before on VWorker, and we will not tolerate it - period. Only honest programmers need apply and your work will be checked to be sure there are no bad codes placed within the site, so please think twice before responding. If you are simply a great programmer who is HONEST and looking for long-term work, then let me know.
