Create App for iphone/ipad

I'm looking for someone to create my iphone/ ipad app! I have my developers program license so when finished you can send to apple for approval. i tried to create it myself but just can't too hard for me :-( I'm 54 so maybe my age! I have a simple ideal for my app and it's not too high detailed ! I am a WHAM (work at home mom) due to husband been 100% VA disable and two special needs children and been sole caregiver I have to be at home. I hope this App will help me support my family.
