CRM Requirements: 1. Leads: - collection of inquiries from 1-multiple websites using an inquiry form with about 10-15 fields (text, numbers,...) - origin of lead (based on website the lead comes from) - option to send pre-written Emails - automatic Email on a time basis (5 days after inquiry received, automatic update of status) - manual Emails - Newsletter Emails to all or certain group of leads (based on status that lead got assigned) commenting, various statuses on those leads, sending of Newsletters to certain group of leads (status) - collecting of attachments (pdf/doc/xls/zip) files - search 2. Sales: - transfer from leads to sales (should happen after a certain status is assigned to a lead) - additional fields - also Emailing - once a lead appears in the sale, it shows/stores all the information in a lead's file (including: Emails sent, date the Emails were sent, who was working that lead, phone calls made/tried/scheduled (communication log) with fields for additional notes) - Follow up (for sales that already happend, including Email/phone logs...) - search function 3. Reporting - on status/numbers in leads/sales - based on Sales/lead section, reports like: % of responses to Email Nr. 1, % of phone calls made/tried/... quarterly/monthly/annualy

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
