Hi, Some questions on this: - What all details do you require. Do you require only one excel sheet with all details, or multiple sheets giving specific details. - Do you require any color coding scheme. (Main cause, secondary cause, etc) - Or do you require a plain dashboard giving you the numbers. - Or do you require a interactive dashboard where you can drop down certain fields and then get specific details.
